Packages

Package 1

The first of our packages is the most basic in terms of services provided. The package consists of the following:

• Placement of the applicant in a suitable work environment that is conducive to their field of study.
  
• Full orientation upon arrival in which we will outline:
  
  • The best mode of transport to and from the work place
    
  • Guide to the city or town in which the applicant will be working
  • The general working requirements of their placement such as: dress code, code of ethics in the workplace, employer’s expectations and a guideline of what they should expect from their placement.

Package 2

This package offers everything that is offered in package 1, with additional services that are of great benefit to a student working in a new country. Additional services provided by our second package include:

• Airport transfers. One of our representatives will meet the applicant in the airport upon arrival and bring them to their accommodation. For departure a representative will collect the applicant from their accommodation and bring them to the airport.
• Providing the applicant with a monthly bus and rail pass. This pass is the cheapest and most efficient way to travel and get around.
• Monitoring and follow up service for the applicant within the placement. This service will involve:
  • The applicant being accompanied to their workplace on their first day by one of our representatives and formally introduced to their employer.
  • The option of a daily work log to be filled by the applicant which would be checked and revised weekly.
  • A site visit to the placement to gain feedback from both the employer and applicant in order to ascertain whether the applicant is benefiting from their placement.
  • Access to a 24 hour emergency number for the applicant.
  • A drop in service, giving applicants the option of dropping by to discuss any issues or concerns they may have.

Package 3

This is the most comprehensive package on offer from our agency. As well as offering all that is set out in package 1 & 2, it also provides two accommodation options for applicants.

• Option 1: Providing applicants with host family accommodation to suit their individual needs. Our extensive family database means we can offer applicants who would like the experience of living with an Irish family the option to do so. To explore this option please look at our host family application form for details.
• Option 2: Placing the applicant it their preferred type of accommodation. The applicant provides us with an accommodation specification outlining their preferred type of accommodation that best suits their needs. Based on this information we will provide housing suited to the specifications and convenient to their place of work.
